Meet Macie, a gentle soul with a heart full of love. This sweet girl has been through a lot — she was found running loose for about three weeks before being rescued, and when she came into care, she had burns on her nose and eyelids. Despite her difficult past, Macie’s spirit shines bright. She’s learning to trust, to relax, and to enjoy the safety of home life again.

Macie loves nothing more than cuddling on the couch, soaking up affection, and spending quiet moments with her people. She may be a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, her affectionate nature and loyalty make her the perfect companion.
