Cowabunga! Raphael is one of the adorable Ninja Turtles crew, alongside his siblings Splinter, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Leonardo! While his namesake might be known for being the tough guy of the group, this little Raphael is a total softie who would happily trade his ninja weapons for a cozy lap and some extra kisses!
